"WWJD What Would Jesus Do?" Feature Film Premiere Starring John Schneider, Maxine Bahns, Adam Gregory (October 15, 2009)

TEMECULA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/15/09 -- "WWJD" the movie is having its California premiere this Sunday at the Sunridge Community Church in Temecula, California. The film is based on one of the best-selling novels of all time, "In His Steps: What Would Jesus Do?" by Charles Sheldon. Over 40 Million copies of the book have been sold.

The film stars John Schneider (Nip/Tuck, CSI, Secret Life of the American Teenager), Adam Gregory (Country singer star) and Maxine Bahns (The Mentalist, The Lost Tribe). It is a powerful and thought-provoking story about 4 individuals -- a singer, a newspaper editor, a wealthy philanthropist and a minister who lost his faith -- all vowing to walk in "the steps of Jesus." Every day and every decision becomes a turning point in their lives, as they must ask themselves -- "What Would Jesus Do?" The film will feature an original song by Adam Gregory titled, you guessed it, "What Would Jesus Do?"

Thomas Makowski, who has over twenty years of experience in the entertainment industry, directs the film. Born and raised in the Boston area, he moved to Los Angeles where he began working for the FOX show "America's Most Wanted."

Mr. Makowski directed some of the highest rated episodes ever recorded for "America's Most Wanted." The most notable episodes he directed were #16.1 -- "Street Racing" -- 2002, #16.4 -- Zeke Cooper -- 2002, #16.7 -- Armando Garcia -- 2002, and #16.11 -- Jenny Liang -- 2002.

Mr. Makowski also recently wrote the script to the feature film "Angel and the Badman," a John Wayne remake starring Lou Diamond Philips, Luke Perry, and Deborah Unger, which recently aired on the Hallmark channel.
