VGTel, Inc. Secures First Distribution Deal for Digital 4K Ultra High Definition Film

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - February 06, 2014) - VGTel, Inc. (OTCQB: VGTL) announced today that it has secured its first licensing deal forAdrenaline Rush 4K, one of the films in VGTel's newly acquired library of IMAX-format 4K Ultra High Definition movies.

In November, VGTel announced that it started the digital scanning of a series of award-winning IMAX-format films for release in the new 4K Ultra High Definition Format.Last week, on January 30, 2014, VGTel's distribution partner, Los Angeles-based K2 Communications, agreed to terms for a licensing deal forAdrenaline Rush 4Kwith the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry(OMSI).A definitive agreement is forthcoming.

Founded in 1944, OMSI is one of the nation's leading science museums and a world-class tourist attraction.In September, OMSI replaced its dome-shaped Omnimax cinema system with a flat screen equipped for 4K digital projection.With the new 4K digital cinema system, using Dual Christie projectors, a four story tall silver screen and a Dolby Atmos audio system, the venue is the most tech-forward theater in Oregon.

This is the first timeAdrenaline Rushwill be exhibited in 4K resolution.The film is slated to premiere at OMSI onFebruary 20, 2014and will run for 12 months.VGTel will receive a revenue percentage of tickets sold.


VGTel and K2 Communications are currently in negotiations with several leading television manufacturers and 4K broadcasters for licensing rights to VGTel's growing library of 4K titles.
