The 2B Show - Search For The Next Big Thing
Film Festivals are not the only way for writers, directors, actors and producers to get their work noticed. (February 19, 2013) There is now the potential for a major shift in the way new movie making talent can be discovered and ?the 2b show? is an excellent example of what can be done. ?The 2b show? is a monthly magazine style programme that premiered on 1st February 2013 and provides an open access platform to promote and showcase the work of those involved or connected to the acting industry.
Prior to the Internet, independent producers had only festivals to promote themselves and their work and although this remains a valid route to be discovered it can prove costly and limited. The advantage of ?the 2b show? is that it packages creative work into a fast pace magazine style show aimed at attracting viewers and as the shows popularity grows so will the exposure opportunities. However, ?the 2b show? offers more than just exposure of creative work as it also includes inspiration pieces, interviews, tips, advice and viewers feedback to assist development, creativity and engagement.
?The 2b show? is distributed monthly on over 15 main video sites across the internet and on display screens such as Leeds Central Library, with further plans to widen its reach globally over the coming months.
