Rick Otton Announces Seminar Dates As Sydney Real Estate Prices Continue To Rise

(PRWEB) May 20, 2014

In announcing the dates for his next Sydney property investment seminars, best selling author and property investment educator, Rick Otton, says they are perfectly timed to help investors make the most of a vibrant local market.

I know that many people are feeling bewildered about how to buy and sell real estate in these rapidly changing times said Mr Otton. Even for experienced investors, it may be that what was working for them is no longer producing worthwhile results. Many everyday Aussies are feeling frustrated, fatigued or worried, which is why I want to show them how my system can benefit them.

Northern Sydney Upward Trend Continues

Reports from price monitoring agencies like RP Data and APM are telling us that even after a busy February that saw Sydney house sales increasing, prices are continuing to keep sellers happy, said Mr Otton.

This is particularly the case in the northern suburbs, like Cammeray, Crows Nest and Greenwich - all in that North Sydney area, he said. This is hardly surprising - it is just a quick jump on a train or drive over the bridge to get to the city. These have always been very desirable suburbs.

Western Sydney Property

But, as Mr Otton pointed out, not everyone can afford to, or wants to, live in these areas. Sydney is a sprawling city, growing mainly to the west and south-west, and prices are much more affordable is some of these areas.

For this reason I have added a Parramatta seminar, on 29 May, to the two Sydney CBD events - to give the opportunity for as many people as possible in Western Sydney to attend.

Mr Ottons previous events have extended over a full day, but this new series of Ready Set BOOM seminars are information-rich, 2-hour sessions.

In these two hours I am able to give valuable insight on property investing the twenty-first century way - without huge deposits and without begging the banks for a loan, explained Mr Otton. And for those who want a heads-up before the seminar, or who cannot make any of the Sydney dates, you may tune in to my weekly podcast the Creative Real Estate Show by visiting creativerealestate.com.au/."
