RMB Adds to Rotational Molding Capabilities

Colorado Springs, CO (PRWEB) December 19, 2013

RMB Products recently installed and qualified a Ferry Industries RotoSpeed RS 2200 rotational molding machine at their facilities, bringing the total to nine rotational molding machines. The machine was added to increase the companys capabilities to better service the aerospace industry where part quality and consistency are critical.

RMB is the industry leader for molding aerospace components including ECS ducting, APU/AHU ducting, potable/non-potable water tanks and other fluid containment vessels. The new equipment allows RMB to stay at the forefront of high tech rotational molded components for all industries that require high quality standards.

Our aerospace customers have been with us for a long time and we continue to strive to offer the highest quality products possible in the market, said Craig Jack, President and CEO of RMB Products. Our new RotoSpeed machine will allow us to continue to meet the high quality standards at a very competitive price.

RMB has the capability to rotational mold parts as small as 0.5 in diameter and up to 6 feet in diameter by 20 feet long. The new RS2200 equipment is the latest technology from Ferry Industries providing unprecedented process control, set-up and data storage, detailed process tracking and trending, machine operations, fault monitoring and logging, and in-depth production data recording and management. The system allows for additional programming of unique, part specific parameters.
