Tell-A-Vision will feature the high-powered humor of top comedy writer/producer and author Chuck Lorre (TVs Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory, the book What Doesnt Kill Us Makes Us Bitter), the powered-down afterworld of the hit NBC drama Revolution (Mondays 10/9c, new episodes return March 25) and the kinetic multi-screen energy of The CW Network. • Chuck Lorre What Doesnt Kill Us Makes Us?: Televisions top comedy writer/producer offers up controversial and uncensored musings and insights with his book What Doesnt Kill Us Makes Us Bitter, a curated collection of his irreverent vanity cards which have aired for years at the end of his hit series Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory and Mike & Molly before finding a home in print. Inside Warner Bros. Tell-A-Vision, attendees will experience 3D artistic renderings of vanity cards from the imagination of Chuck Lorre including a 10-foot television remote control wrapped inside a giant condom. The exhibit invades the space on Friday, March 8, and Saturday, March 9, in conjunction with Lorres SXSWi featured session (see below for programming details).

INSIDE THE CW: SUNDAY & MONDAY, MARCH 1011

  • How Do You Like to Watch?: Home to hit series like The Vampire Diaries, Arrow and Supernatural, The CW Network has successfully bridged the storytelling divide between broadcast television and multi-screen digital offerings. The CWs installation at Warner Bros. Tell-A-Vision embraces and celebrates the sweeping demographic and technological changes that are transforming the content delivery business.

The CWs exhibit will be live on Sunday, March 10 and Monday, March 11. Attendees can step inside the world of the networks smash hit new series Arrow and learn firsthand how The CW is maximizing the reach of emerging digital platforms to engage with its target demo of Adults 18-34.

  • Pitch Your Story: Proving that great storytelling exists in all of us, The CW Network is offering SXSWi attendees the opportunity to pitch their original ideas for a digital series to CWD, The CWs digital studio, on March 1011. Attendees visiting the Warner Bros. Tell-A-Vision space on Sunday and Monday will be given the opportunity to make an original on-camera pitch for their digital series ideas for consideration by CWD. Each participant will be asked to sign a standard waiver. Once all entries are received, CWD executives will review the recorded pitches and determine the most effective and promising digital series idea. One lucky storyteller may have the chance to travel to Los Angeles to pitch their digital series ideas directly to industry executives for consideration by CWD.
