GuestLogix Signs Multi-Year Partnership Agreement With Toronto-Based Carrier, Porter Airlines

Company to Launch Flagship Demo Location with Latest Retail Technology at Airline's Headquarters (December 20, 2013)

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/20/13 -- GuestLogix Inc. (TSX: GXI), the leading global provider of payment technology solutions to airlines and the passenger travel industry, today announced a three-year partnership agreement with Porter Airlines, a regional carrier headquartered in Toronto, Canada, for the use of the Company's latest retail technology offerings at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport and other destinations within the carrier's network. Porter's Toronto facility will become the Company's flagship demo location, providing Porter with access to GuestLogix' existing and emerging solutions, as well as pre-released solutions, and a chance for GuestLogix' current and prospective customers to see the technology in use. The close proximity of Porter's headquarters to GuestLogix' headquarters and Centre of Product Innovation in Toronto makes this the ideal partnership.

The strategic partnership involves the deployment of the Company's retail technology platform for use at Porter's Toronto headquarters. GuestLogix' inventory warehouse management solution and handheld POS devices will first be implemented to manage the loading of catering carts and processing of deliveries to aircraft in between flights. Porter will also have access to GuestLogix' mobile smartphone and tablet POS solutions with payment sleeves, in-lounge payment processing technology and robust OnTouch® Analytics platform for enhanced reporting and transparency. Following implementation in Toronto, the Company's technology will also extend to other Porter destinations.
