The European Lubricating Grease Institute (ELGI) will hold their 2014 Annual General Meeting in Dubrovnik, Croatia on April 26-29th, 2014. The theme of this years technical program will focus on greases designed for excellent performance under high temperature conditions. This will include presentations and discussions related to grease components such as base oils and additives that enhance high temperature stability of greases and testing which evaluate those grease for suitability of use at higher temperatures.

Some of these aspects include structural and thermal stability, friction, wear and oxidative stability as measured by a variety of different techniques oil separation, rheology, MTM-SLIM, FTIR and PDSC evaluations.
